I am a licensed mental health counselor (New York and Florida) and a licensed professional counselor (New Jersey). I obtained a M.S. in mental health counseling at NOVA Southeastern University and a B.S. in psychology at Florida State University. I primarily work with a psychoanalytic and narrative approach. I consider this approach important for helping clients gain insight, become curious about themselves and their feelings, and gain a better understanding on how their symptoms have manifested and impacted their life.
